Fardeen’s half sister, Sonia Sethia, wife of businessman Rajendra Sethia, was returning home in New Friends Colony from dinner at a friend’s home in Gulmohar Park, when a Swift Dzire coming at very high speed, rammed into their Honda City car on August Kranti Marg.
Sonia Sethia and two other persons named Mohan Kumar and Anjay Kumar, who were on the front seat of the Swift Dzire, were seriously injured in the incident and they were immediately taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences trauma centre where doctors declared Sonia Sethia and Mohan Kumar brought dead.
Sonia’s husband Rajendra was not present in the city on Sunday.
