The film releases on June 1, this year.

Akshay kumar is upset with ‘Joker’

Akshay Kumar is not happy with the way his upcoming flick, ‘Joker’, is coming up and is said to be very upset with the director of the film Shirish Kunder.

‘Joker’ is definitely one of the most awaited film of the year. The film is also being made in 3D. However, after watching the films rough cuts, Akshay is said to be very disappointed with the outcome.

If sources are to be believed, Akki, after watching the rough cuts of the film, became so livid. He even rebuked the director. The actor is very much concerned about the film as he is very very keen on tasting success after a string of flops in the year 2011.

Akshay went ahead and discussed his problem with the director and now, the duo have come to a decision that ‘Joker’ will release only aftyer ‘Rowdy Rathor’, which also stars Akshay Kumar as a solo lead.

Akki says he feels very confident with Rowdy Rathor and the film looks promising under the guidance of Prabhu Deva’s direction.

Joker is about a town full of crazy people, who have escaped from a mental hospital. there is an alien too, who then takes control of all the madness.

Joker is releasing on August 31.

Madhuri stars opposite Akshay for a Tamil remake !!

Following the trend of remaking south films in Hindi, actor Akshay Kumar has bought the rights of the super hit Tamil film Ko. Apparently, the actor who was in search of a lead actress has offered the plump role to Madhuri Dixit.
According to an industry source, Akshay has spoken to Madhuri about being a part of Ko and has also given her the script to read. Madhuri, we hear, although excited about the project hasn’t signed on the dotted line, yet. ‘Ko’ requires two heroines. Akshay, we hear, was initially keen to cast Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif for the same film, but decided otherwise.
The Ko remake, tentatively titled Satygraha, will go on floors soon this year. The Tamil political thriller, Ko was directed by K.V Anand. Actor Jeeva and Karthika Nair played main leads in the film. The Hindi remake of Ko will be directed by Prakash Jhan for Hari Om Productions.

Kangana in ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ sequel?

Earlier this month, Kareena Kapoor opted out from the film Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2. Reports have it that Kangana Ranaut will be replacing Bebo in the film which is produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Milan Luthria.

If all goes well, Kangana Ranaut will be playing Dawood Ibrahim’s (Akshay Kumar) love interest in the sequel. It is believed that Kangana’s character is inspired from Mandakini, who got involved with the Dubai based don after her career in Bollywood came to a halt.

Why Kangana Ranaut? Well, the makers wanted a performing actress rather than a starry name. Also, Akshay-Kangana combination is fresh and will help build up curiosity for a film.

However, Kangana hasn’t confirmed the news yet.

Catch the first trailer of ‘Housefull 2’

We bring to you the first trailer of ‘Housefull 2’.

In the promo, Akshay Kumar is paired up with Asin, John with Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade with Shazahn Padamsee and Ritesh Deshmukh with Zarine Khan.

While Akki is a khurrat guy, John Abraham is a handsome chor. Shreyas is a ghar jamaai and Ritesh is just not into marriage.

Housefull 2 also sees the veterans Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty and Boman Irani as the four sasurs.

The trailer surely is rib tickling, filled with comedy and confusion.

Directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 2 releases on 5 April.

‘Papa Toh Band Bajaye’ from ‘Housefull 2′, leaked

One of the songs from director Sajid Khan’s next flick ‘Housefull 2′, ‘Papa Toh Band Bajaye’ has been leaked and is doing the rounds on the internet.

As seen in the video, a small part of the shooting of the song is doing the rounds and as we can see, the number is choreographed by Farah Khan.

In the video, Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh and Shreyas Talpade, dressed in colorful tuxedos are dancing away to glory.

The new additions in the film are Mithun Chakraborty, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rishi Kapoor, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shreyas Talpade.

What’s interesting about the video is that besides the actors, the director Sajid Khan and the producer Sajid Nadiadwala are also in the picture, showing their dancing skills on the stage.

Speculations are that the track is somewhere similar to ‘We speak no Americano’.
